Biography

Ed first learned the classical guitar at the age of 7 later to play in bands throughout his youth, moving on as a music director and composer in the UK and USA.

Ed was a scholar at Berklee College of Music in Boston, graduating in 2016 with a Magna Cum Laude. He later moved to New York City to perform residencies and work at studios with prominent artists. 

Ed has since built a Rainbow Wood Studios in Bath, UK where he produces and writes for various artist projects and his own solo works. He also operates a record label and live video sessions arm out of the studios, facilitating artists with production and distribution infrastructure.

Ed has worked with Grammy Award Winning artists, producers and engineers and has recorded for British Mercury Prize winners. Experiences include curating music events for highly regarded hospitality groups and writing music for TV & Film. Ed has also worked with the Red Bull Music Academy, been part of the Harvard Law School Recording Artists Project, accompanied the Boston Pops and opened for Maroon 5 and Journey.
